The operational watch known as Tritium Search and Rescue, or TSAR for short, has stood for absolute reliability in professional settings for years. It is often also referred to as a GSAR quartz – a reference to its close relation to the mechanical GSAR version. The crucial difference lies inside: instead of an automatic movement, the TSAR uses a precise quartz movement with high torque, valued for its exceptional accuracy. This technical choice not only ensures extreme robustness but also makes the watch particularly low-maintenance and suitable for everyday use – a quality that can make a real difference in military or tactical environments.
Robust Technology for Daily Use
The TSAR is powered by a powerful ETA FØ6 quartz movement, specially designed for the toughest conditions. This movement is known for its resistance to temperature fluctuations and mechanical stress – perfect for extreme environments where every detail must be reliable. The watch's construction is entirely focused on durability and protection: The case is made of brushed 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and offers excellent stability even under harsh conditions. This is complemented by a screw-down crown system that increases the watch's water resistance to an impressive 30 ATM, allowing for extended diving without problems.
Functionality Meets Legibility
Special attention was paid to the TSAR's legibility – both day and night. This is ensured by the combination of durable tritium gas tubes, which recharge themselves without an external light source, and the additionally applied MaraGlo luminous paint. This dual luminous technology guarantees that the dial can be read clearly and distinctly even in complete darkness or underwater. Functionality is complemented by a date window and a double 12- and 24-hour scale on the dial – ideal for missions where switching between civilian and military time is necessary.
Control in Every Position
The TSAR is equipped with a unidirectional bezel that can be adjusted precisely and securely – an important feature for timing underwater or during tactical operations. The bezel features a 60-minute scale and can be easily operated even with gloves. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, remaining reliable even under heavy use. The equipment is rounded off by a 3-piece rubber strap set included in the delivery, which is comfortable to wear and ideal for permanent outdoor use. About me
My name is David, I was born in the late 60s in NRW, now live and work in the beautiful Harz Mountains, and have been running this watch shop, among other things, since spring 2022.
Since 2018, I have also been running my watch blog watchdavid.de, which features hundreds of reviews and watch news. Since then, I have taken thousands of professional watch photos for over 100 watch brands. Many photos can be found in my reviews. I am known worldwide for this.
As a result, I naturally had thousands of watches in my hands. And with this shop, I want to bring you closer to watches that have convinced me in many ways.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, I ship free of charge. Shipping is done via DHL and insured up to 500€, 2,500€, or 25,000€, depending on the watch value. The watches are thus always sufficiently insured.
The delivery time can be found in the description and/or under the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after ordering, others are brand new and, for example, only available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Cancellation & Return Shipping
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the costs for the return shipping for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself, I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of signs of use. After successful inspection, I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee you that all watches I offer are exclusively new original products. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly point this out (e.g. so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I offer you exclusively authentic products. These are offered in the original packaging, with warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in the so-called full set. One delivers more, another less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which usually lasts two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
If a warranty case occurs, I will take care of the shipping to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and also organize the return shipment to you. In addition, I handle all communication with the manufacturer so that you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.

I usually answer every inquiry within 24 hours at the latest. On weekends, it can sometimes take a bit longer. As a rule, I respond within a few minutes or hours.
