Shipping conditions

Shipping within Germany

For shipping within mainland Germany we charge 5.95 EUR. For shipping to German islands we charge an island surcharge of 50 euros.

Shipping outside Germany

We currently offer shipping outside Germany to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden & Spain. The shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.95 EUR. We currently do not offer shipping to the countries not mentioned. Contact us via Contact form if you have any questions about this.

Information on calculating the delivery time

As soon as we have informed you that payment for your order has been received, the delivery time stated in the shop begins. Unless otherwise stated in the product or order information, this is 3-5 days within Germany. Outside Germany, the delivery time can increase by up to a further 5 days due to longer shipping routes in other European countries.

If you order several items from us in one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment.

The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of advance payment or on the day after the contract is concluded in the case of other payment methods and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.

Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

When paying by credit card, the so-called "two-factor authentication" is required in the payment process. The so-called "3-D Secure" refers to a technology in which the cardholder and the online retailer identify themselves in order to prevent the misuse of credit card data. For Mastercard, the process is called Mastercard Identity Check (formerly: Mastercard SecureCode), for VISA it is called "Visa Secure". When ordering with American Express, please note that the delivery address you want must be identical to the billing address you have provided to American Express.

2. Paypal

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. Here you can log into your account and make your payment.

3. Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay

Apple Pay is a payment service offered by Apple that can be used with devices manufactured by Apple such as Apple Watch, iPhone, Mac and iPad. To do this, you connect your credit, debit or prepaid cards in the Wallet app on the iPhone. It is free to use and there are no additional costs. Fees.

Google Pay is a payment service offered by Google that works in Germany with devices that have the Android operating system installed, such as smartphones and tablets from various manufacturers. To do this, you connect your credit, debit or prepaid cards in the Wallet app. It is free to use and there are no additional fees.

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout for Shopify customers that allows customers to save their email address, credit card details and delivery and billing information.

4. Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is a payment system from Amazon that allows you to pay with the payment methods stored on Amazon E-Commerce.n without having to re-enter this data at checkout. It is free to use and there are no additional fees.

5. SOFORT

SOFORT, formerly known as Sofortüberweisung, is a payment service from Klarna that initiates and confirms a transfer from your own bank account without having to enter any further payment information. It is free to use and there are no additional fees.
