All about the Circula ProTrail Black Old Radium LE

Field Watches were originally designed for military use and are specifically tailored to the requirements of ground troops. Their main feature is uncompromising functionality and exceptional robustness, which makes them ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming or mountain biking.

Compared to pilot or diving watches, field watches do not have an elaborate bezel. Classic models are often simple three-hand watches without a date display, but with a practical 24-hour division on the dial.

Our Circula ProTrail is also antimagnetic up to 80,000 A/m, thanks to a special soft iron cage. This makes them insensitive to magnetic fields from smartphones, laptops and other electronic devices that could affect accuracy. By using Super-LumiNova® on the hands and numbers/indices, the time can be easily read even in the dark.

The durable canvas strap is a custom-made product that ensures a secure hold on the wrist and is comfortable to wear. Another special feature of the Circula Field-Watch is the housing made of 316L stainless steel, which is extremely robust and scratch-resistant up to 1,200 Vickers thanks to a special surface treatment.

The Circula Field-Watch is also ideal for use in water. It is waterproof up to 15 ATM and is equipped with a screw-down crown. This robust field watch from Circula is the perfect companion for every adventure!

The ProTrail is an authentic field watch that is characterized by its robustness, functionality and high-quality workmanship. Its carefully hand-sandblasted stainless steel case protects the precise Swiss movement and is antimagnetic up to 80,000 A/m, making it particularly resistant to magnetic fields. Thanks to the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a special surface treatment of the case, the watch offers outstanding longevity and resistance

The ProTrail was developed together with over 6,500 voices from the global watch community and therefore offers the highest quality and functionality. A special variant of the watch is the Black Old Radium LE, which is limited to 99 pieces and has a unique dial design and a black-coated case. The Micro Praha LE, another limited version of 50 pieces, was created in collaboration with a watch club from Prague and stands out with its exclusive design.

This field watch from the traditional Pforzheim brand stands for quality Made in Germany and is equipped with the Swiss automatic movement Caliber Sellita SW200-1 Elaboré. The watch is antimagnetic up to 80,000 A/m thanks to a soft iron cage and offers a scratch-resistant surface with up to 1,200 Vickers thanks to a special surface hardening. The hands and indices are equipped with Swiss Super-LumiNova®, which ensures good readability in poor lighting conditions. With water resistance of up to 150 meters and a screw-down crown that also lights up, the ProTrail is well equipped for various adventures. The case has a diameter of 40 mm, a length of 46 mm horn to horn and a height of 12 mm.

My personal view on the Circula ProTrail Black Old Radium LE

David Drilling Fazit

"I have known Cornelius Huber and the Circula watch brand since 2019. You can read the brand history in the 2020 interview. In the third generation, Circula has been manufacturing authentic functional watches in Pforzheim since 1955. As a family business based in Pforzheim, Circula Watches has been producing distinctive, precise and reliable mechanical functional watches for more than 60 years. They build watches that are robust and perfect for all adventures, on land, air or water. I am very impressed by the variety & quality of the watches. Individual reviews & videos will follow one by one... Stay tuned! "

FAQs

About me

My name is David, I was born in the late 60s in NRW, now live and work in the beautiful Harz Mountains, and have been running this watch shop, among other things, since spring 2022.

Since 2018, I have also been running my watch blog watchdavid.de, which features hundreds of reviews and watch news. Since then, I have taken thousands of professional watch photos for over 100 watch brands. Many photos can be found in my reviews. I am known worldwide for this.

As a result, I naturally had thousands of watches in my hands. And with this shop, I want to bring you closer to watches that have convinced me in many ways.

So come along on a journey full of watches... off the mainstream... and if you have a question, please feel free to ask me anytime via the form, chat, WhatsApp, email or phone.

I am very much looking forward to meeting you.

PS: My hobbies & passions include the internet (first agency already in 1996), Denmark, France's coasts (Brittany, Normandy & Côte d’Azur), hiking, e-MTB, sales (Bachelor of Sales) and photography.

My Achilles' heel includes children's chocolate, good food, sneakers & of course watches... :-)

Shipping & Insurance

Within Germany and the EU, I ship free of charge. Shipping is done via DHL and insured up to 500€, 2,500€, or 25,000€, depending on the watch value. The watches are thus always sufficiently insured.

The delivery time can be found in the description and/or under the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after ordering, others are brand new and, for example, only available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...

Cancellation & Return Shipping

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

I will cover the costs for the return shipping for you.

IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself, I will send you the free return label.

Please simply contact me for this. david@watchdavid.com

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of signs of use. After successful inspection, I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Authenticity & Condition of the Watches

I guarantee you that all watches I offer are exclusively new original products. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly point this out (e.g. so-called PHOTO WATCHES).

As an official dealer, I offer you exclusively authentic products. These are offered in the original packaging, with warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in the so-called full set. One delivers more, another less...

Warranty & Service

All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which usually lasts two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.

If a warranty case occurs, I will take care of the shipping to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and also organize the return shipment to you. In addition, I handle all communication with the manufacturer so that you don't have to worry about anything.

Even after the warranty period has expired, I remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.

No response received?

You wrote to me via the contact form, through the price proposal, directly by email, chat, but you haven't received a reply?

Then please check your SPAM folder! Many providers are getting crazier and pushing more and more into spam.

I usually answer every inquiry within 24 hours at the latest. On weekends, it can sometimes take a bit longer. As a rule, I respond within a few minutes or hours.

Something can slip past me sometimes too. Or the technology doesn't work as it should. Feel free to write to me again at david@watchdavid.com

Mechanics - Sometimes things can happen there too

Before I ship your order, I carefully check each watch for visible defects.

If a problem should occur, such as damage during transport, please inform me immediately. I will do everything possible to quickly find a solution and ensure that you are satisfied.

My goal is to offer you not only high-quality products but also a first-class shopping experience. I look forward to welcoming you as a satisfied customer!
