The distinctive red reset pusher on the side, which has been characteristic of Hanhart since 1939, integrates seamlessly into the design. According to legend, a pilot's wife marked this pusher with red nail polish so that her husband would always think of her and return safely. This pusher helped pilots avoid accidentally resetting the stopped time and thus losing their course.

In terms of robustness and water resistance, the TwinDicator is in no way inferior to its predecessors. The closed, screwed case back is equipped with three indentations for the case key, ensuring maximum tightness. This construction guarantees water resistance up to 10 bar (10 ATM). The case is complemented by a riveted strap made of durable calfskin, which is not only long-lasting but also comfortable to wear from the outset. For additional options, bund straps are available in dark brown and light brown, as well as an elegant stainless steel bracelet. The pin buckle ensures a secure fit on the wrist.
