Particularly noteworthy is the implementation of the characteristic displays with two subdials at 3 and 9 o'clock. Through a complex conversion of the automatic caliber, these displays were moved as far as possible to the edge of the generous case with a diameter of 45 millimeters. A special feature here: The subdial at 9 o'clock not only serves as a small seconds, but also functions as a practical 12-hour counter.

Visually, the Pioneer TwinDicator is a homage to the classic chronographs of the 1930s, clearly showing its roots in the design of the historic Hanhart watches. The classic large crown with a deep bevel ensures comfortable operation and is therefore perfectly designed for easy handling. The bezel presents itself in a simple, smooth design, which looks elegant thanks to the combination of satin and polished surfaces. This high-contrast design gives the watch a modern touch, while at the same time reminiscent of the matte look of early pilot's watches, which avoided reflections and glare so as not to distract pilots.

A central element of this watch is the perfect symmetry of the dial. The two subdials at 3 and 9 o'clock are positioned so that they form a vertical axis with the numbers 2, 4, 8 and 10. This ensures a balanced, harmonious appearance. Despite the classic arrangement of totalizers, the TwinDicator remains a fully-fledged chronograph with all the functions you would expect from a model with three totalizers. This technical innovation and aesthetic design set new standards for the collection.

The Pioneer TwinDicator is based on a long tradition of pilot chronographs that Hanhart established in the 1930s. Back then, watches with widely spaced displays were a trademark of the brand. The TwinDicator takes up this historical design, but reinterprets it to meet modern requirements. The striking red reset button on the side, which has been a characteristic of Hanhart since 1939, fits seamlessly into the design. According to legend, a pilot's wife marked this pusher with red nail polish so that her husband would always think of her and return safely. This pusher helped the pilots not to accidentally reset the stopped time and thus lose the course.

When it comes to robustness and waterproofness, the TwinDicator is in no way inferior to its predecessors. The closed, screwed case back is equipped with three bulges for the case key, which ensures maximum tightness. This construction ensures water resistance of up to 10 bar (10 ATM). The case is complemented by a riveted strap made of durable calf leather, which is not only durable but also comfortable to wear right from the start. For additional options, Bund bracelets in dark brown and light brown are available, as well as an elegant stainless steel bracelet. The pin buckle ensures a secure hold on the wrist.
