You can easily cancel your purchase within 14 days. Unlike other retailers, I will cover the full cost of your return shipping within the EU. Simply send me a short email to david@watchdavid.com and I will send you your free DHL return label. It doesn't get any more risk-free than that.

In the shop, I strictly differentiate between regular new goods directly from the manufacturer and exclusive photo watches. I sell them absolutely honestly as used and significantly reduced – but the full manufacturer's warranty only begins on the day of your purchase!

In the event of a warranty claim, you'll have absolutely no stress: I'll handle all communication with the brand and organize insured round-trip shipping for you. Quality Control
Mechanical watches are fascinating masterpieces. Before dispatch, each watch undergoes a thorough optical and mechanical final inspection. Should a problem ever arise despite our secure transport protection, please inform me immediately by email. I will promptly arrange for a quick, uncomplicated replacement.
