All about the Ocean Crawler Core Diver - White Mother of Pearl - Carbon Fiber Bezel

A prehistoric legend reimagined

The new Tiger’s Eye Core Diver combines ancient symbolic power with modern diving technology: the dial made of genuine tiger's eye features golden-brown bands that shimmer in the light, making each watch a unique artifact. This stone plate feels less like decoration and more like a shield on the wrist — a sophisticated blend of myth and materiality that evokes an immediate, archaic resonance in the viewer.

Limited edition with rank and name

Only 50 Individually numbered pieces are produced, and whoever owns one holds not just a watch but an exceedingly rare collector's item; after the first series, it really is over. This scarcity makes the Tiger’s Eye version an emotionally charged object: the combination of natural stone and technical substance gives each reference the character of a small, private chapter of maritime explorer romance.

Construction for real missions

Beneath the impressive appearance lies true diver's demands: the solidly shaped case made of 316L stainless steel, about 44 mm in diameter and a robust 15.6 mm in height, is designed to function at depths, not just to look good. A helium valve at nine o'clock, the sturdy case architecture, and extensive water resistance testing make it clear: this watch is designed as a tool for underwater professionals.

Sapphire, bezel, and readability

Particularly striking is the unidirectional bezel made of pure sapphire crystal, whose hour markers are filled with seven layers of Swiss C3 luminous material — a technical detail that can literally save lives in dark depths. Together with the thick, anti-reflective sapphire crystal over the dial, it creates readability that remains reliable both in daylight and complete darkness; here visibility meets material innovation.

Mechanics with fine tuning

Inside works the regulated Sellita SW200-1, a Swiss automatic caliber with 28,800 vibrations per hour and about 40 hours of power reserve, factory-optimized for better accuracy. This technical heart ensures that the Tiger’s Eye Core Diver is not only beautiful but also precise — a combination of aesthetics and engineering you can feel in everyday life.

Bracelet choice and wearing comfort

Each piece comes with a solid shark mesh bracelet that offers a ratchet extension for wearing over a wet suit, as well as a robust rubber strap for rough practical use. The strap combination allows the watch to be adapted to the field of use in no time: from an elegant appearance on land to functional performance underwater, flexibility is maintained.

Testing, warranty, and reliability

Each Core Diver has been individually dive-tested and pressure-tested — the construction is designed for 600 meters / 2000 feet and is intended to remain precise in demanding environments over time. The brand's claim is clear: this watch should work reliably for years while maintaining its values; short deviations are minimized to ensure reliability.

Emotional appeal and practical values

The tiger eye dial creates a strong emotional level — it is a natural product that never looks the same twice — and yet the watch is uncompromisingly a diver in all practical aspects: technical water resistance, robust materials, powerful luminescence, and a reliable movement together form a coherent unit that combines feeling and utility.

Availability and pre-order

Pre-orders for this strictly limited edition are being accepted; the expected delivery begins on November 25, 2025. Given the low quantity, it is expected that the watches will sell out quickly — anyone who wants one should not miss the opportunity, as a reprint is explicitly not planned. Exclusivity has a clear deadline here.

Conclusion — who this watch is for

The Tiger’s Eye Core Diver is aimed at wearers who appreciate both the archaic and cutting-edge diving technology: collectors who love uniqueness, as well as active divers who demand a reliable instrument. It merges natural stone sensuality and technical sophistication into a single, powerful statement — a watch you want to both wear and experience.

FAQs

About me

My name is David, I was born in the late 60s in NRW, now live and work in the beautiful Harz Mountains, and have been running this watch shop, among other things, since spring 2022.

Since 2018, I have also been running my watch blog watchdavid.de, which features hundreds of reviews and watch news. Since then, I have taken thousands of professional watch photos for over 100 watch brands. Many photos can be found in my reviews. I am known worldwide for this.

As a result, I naturally had thousands of watches in my hands. And with this shop, I want to bring you closer to watches that have convinced me in many ways.

So come along on a journey full of watches... off the mainstream... and if you have a question, please feel free to ask me anytime via the form, chat, WhatsApp, email or phone.

I am very much looking forward to meeting you.

PS: My hobbies & passions include the internet (first agency already in 1996), Denmark, France's coasts (Brittany, Normandy & Côte d’Azur), hiking, e-MTB, sales (Bachelor of Sales) and photography.

My Achilles' heel includes children's chocolate, good food, sneakers & of course watches... :-)

Shipping & Insurance

Within Germany and the EU, I ship free of charge. Shipping is done via DHL and insured up to 500€, 2,500€, or 25,000€, depending on the watch value. The watches are thus always sufficiently insured.

The delivery time can be found in the description and/or under the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after ordering, others are brand new and, for example, only available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...

Cancellation & Return Shipping

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

I will cover the costs for the return shipping for you.

IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself, I will send you the free return label.

Please simply contact me for this. david@watchdavid.com

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of signs of use. After successful inspection, I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Authenticity & Condition of the Watches

I guarantee you that all watches I offer are exclusively new original products. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly point this out (e.g. so-called PHOTO WATCHES).

As an official dealer, I offer you exclusively authentic products. These are offered in the original packaging, with warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in the so-called full set. One delivers more, another less...

Warranty & Service

All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which usually lasts two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.

If a warranty case occurs, I will take care of the shipping to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and also organize the return shipment to you. In addition, I handle all communication with the manufacturer so that you don't have to worry about anything.

Even after the warranty period has expired, I remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
