Ollech & Wajs M52 AU (All Units)
All about the Ollech & Wajs M52 AU (All Units)
We are pleased to introduce the new OW M-52 'All Units' (AU) - a watch inspired by the classic military watches from Ollech & Wajs, which have been around since Used by US soldiers, pilots, sailors and divers in the early 1960s. These watches are characterized by their high water resistance, exceptional robustness and multifunctionality, making them extremely popular not only in the military sector, but also among civilian professionals who work in challenging environments were popular.
Today, Ollech & Wajs watches combine the requirements of both military and civilian customers. This is particularly evident in the current M series, which is known for its versatility and high functionality. The new OW M-52 AU is a reduced and clearly designed version of the M-52B 'Air Force' (AF), which was launched earlier this year to celebrate the 70. Anniversary of the B-52 Stratofortress was introduced. The M-52 AU combines the minimalist design of a classic Fieldwatch with the practical functionality of a pilot's and the water resistance of a diving watch b>. This versatility makes the M-52 AU an ideal companion in any tactical situation, be it on land, at sea or in the air - hence the name “All Units” (AU).
The design of the dial draws on the brand's military heritage by using a combination of dots and dashes for the indices, inspired by the universal military symbolism of Morse code. This design, along with the brushed finish of the 39.5mm stainless steel case that prevents reflections, gives the watch a clean and functional aesthetic. Inside the case there is a Swiss automatic movement of the type Soprod P024, which is known for its robustness and reliability.
Another highlight of the M-52 AU is the 12-hour world time bezel, which can be rotated in both directions, as well as the striking red date window. These design elements pay homage to the historic OW watches worn by US military personnel during the Vietnam War. The name “All Units” comes from a model that was developed specifically for airborne troops.

The watch comes with a military-inspired gray NATO strap made from highly durable nylon. This bracelet was handmade in Switzerland and features a brushed stainless steel clasp engraved with the words 'OWZ 1956'. The price for the M-52 AU is 1,356 CHF, and there is the option of ordering the watch with a brown Italian leather strap or an M-Heritage stainless steel mesh strap to combine, both of which are available as additional options. The leather bracelet costs 96 CHF, while the stainless steel bracelet is available for 126 CHF.
Unlike previous models, the M-52 AU will not be released as a limited or numbered edition. This is because the watch is a variant of the existing M-52B AF and is not a completely new model. In order to make the watch as accessible as possible, the M-52 AU will be put straight into regular production. Shipping of the watch will begin at the end of October.
The Technical Specifications of the M-52 AU include a 39.5 mm brushed stainless steel case, which is characterized by its robust construction and the sapphire-coated glass impresses, which has an anti-reflective surface to maximize readability. The watch is waterproof up to 300 meters, making it ideal for use in extreme underwater environments. The movement, the Soprod P024, offers a power reserve of 38 hours and is regulated in three positions to ensure maximum precision. The hands and indices are coated with Super-LumiNova®, which ensures optimal readability even in poor lighting conditions.

About me
My name is David, I was born in the late 60s in NRW, now live and work in the beautiful Harz Mountains, and have been running this watch shop, among other things, since spring 2022.
Since 2018, I have also been running my watch blog watchdavid.de, which features hundreds of reviews and watch news. Since then, I have taken thousands of professional watch photos for over 100 watch brands. Many photos can be found in my reviews. I am known worldwide for this.
As a result, I naturally had thousands of watches in my hands. And with this shop, I want to bring you closer to watches that have convinced me in many ways.
So come along on a journey full of watches... off the mainstream... and if you have a question, please feel free to ask me anytime via the form, chat, WhatsApp, email or phone.
I am very much looking forward to meeting you.
PS: My hobbies & passions include the internet (first agency already in 1996), Denmark, France's coasts (Brittany, Normandy & Côte d’Azur), hiking, e-MTB, sales (Bachelor of Sales) and photography.
My Achilles' heel includes children's chocolate, good food, sneakers & of course watches... :-)
Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, I ship free of charge. Shipping is done via DHL and insured up to 500€, 2,500€, or 25,000€, depending on the watch value. The watches are thus always sufficiently insured.
The delivery time can be found in the description and/or under the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after ordering, others are brand new and, for example, only available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Cancellation & Return Shipping
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the costs for the return shipping for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself, I will send you the free return label.
Please simply contact me for this. david@watchdavid.com
It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of signs of use. After successful inspection, I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee you that all watches I offer are exclusively new original products. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly point this out (e.g. so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I offer you exclusively authentic products. These are offered in the original packaging, with warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in the so-called full set. One delivers more, another less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which usually lasts two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
If a warranty case occurs, I will take care of the shipping to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and also organize the return shipment to you. In addition, I handle all communication with the manufacturer so that you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
