All about the OLLECH & WAJS OW M-110 AS (M110) Military P092 Movement
The last one with the Newton Precision P092 movement! This watch will no longer be available. WARNING: Some offer this watch with the P024.
The OLLECH & WAJS OW M-110 AS is the first OW watch to contain the new Soprod Newton Precision movement. The result of a close collaboration between OW and Soprod, the new movement is a customized version of the Newton P092, modified according to OW's own specifications and adjusted in five positions.
It was finished according to our robust aesthetic guidelines, and “OW Zurich 1956” is engraved on the nickel-plated base, on which a co-designed, customized rotor in the shape of the OW logo sits. The distinctive new movement will carry the OW proprietary “Precision” designation, reserved only for movements of the highest quality.
OLLECH & WAJS OW M-110 AS
In the absence of a magnetic compass, the US Army Ranger Handbook provides infantrymen with detailed instructions on using the watch method to obtain a bearing. This simple technique involves aligning the hour hand with the sun and then halving the distance between the hour hand and the 12 o'clock position to find south.
Another special feature of the OW M-110 that military users will recognize are the radio silence period markings on the dial. These are three-minute intervals immediately after each quarter hour, reserved exclusively for sending and receiving distress calls.
The OW M-110 also sees the return of the classic “Skin Diver” case, first used in early OW models such as the Aquaguard from 1964 and the Early Bird from 1965.
The OW M-110 M features a strong stainless steel mesh bracelet with reinforced ends and a hand-brushed finish. A great deal of care was invested in developing this new bracelet, in line with OW's historical approach. Besides its nearly indestructible and professional suitability, it is, in our opinion, the most comfortable bracelet to date. The robust milled and engraved clasp is extendable up to 22 mm, and a double-pusher release system provides additional protection against accidental opening.

The OW M-110 AS comes with a unique infantry green, double-layer fabric strap. This is made from reused, military, double-twisted hemp canvas sourced directly from unused stocks of the Swiss Army. This extremely durable material, tougher and lighter than cotton, was originally intended for various military applications such as the legendary Armée suisse Pioneer backpacks and all-weather covers for vehicles. Manufactured in the 1950s – around the same time Ollech & Wajs was founded – the fabric was designed to last 100 years in service. Therefore, it still has plenty of fighting spirit left despite its over 60-year age.
The sturdy, two-tone fabric is lined for comfort with 100% natural soft leather sourced and hand-stitched in Italy. The straight-cut edge of the strap is designed to subtly fray with daily use, giving it additional vintage character. The strap is equipped with a brushed stainless steel pin buckle, signed “OWZ 1956”. An exclusive opportunity to own and wear a watch with elements woven into history.
Wherever you are headed, whatever journey you undertake, and whatever goal you pursue, the OW M-110 helps you master every challenge.

Ollech & Wajs – The legendary Swiss watch brand from 1956
Since 1956, elite pilots, NASA astronauts, athletes and professional divers have relied on watches from Ollech & Wajs. The name should be on everyone's list after this brand portrait! The independent watch brand was founded in Zurich in 1956. From the very beginning, represented on water, on land and in the air with successful and record-breaking models...
My personal view on the OLLECH & WAJS OW M-110 AS (M110) Military P092 Movement
"What can I tell you, when I first held the watch in my hand, I didn't know what was happening to me. This "frayed" green strap with a soft interior made of Italian leather... WOW, what a wearing experience. Still, those vibes that the watch has already seen a lot. And then this dial. I had never seen anything like it before. And then the impressive Soprod Newton P092, which was specially modified for Ollech & Wajs. The values are, like the whole watch, simply impressive. It's a pity that this model will soon no longer be available. But that's how it is with OW... The models stay for a few years, then something new comes along... and that's a good thing. Or in this case, maybe not?"

FAQs
About me
My name is David, I was born in the late 60s in NRW, now live and work in the beautiful Harz Mountains, and have been running this watch shop, among other things, since spring 2022.
Since 2018, I have also been running my watch blog watchdavid.de, which features hundreds of reviews and watch news. Since then, I have taken thousands of professional watch photos for over 100 watch brands. Many photos can be found in my reviews. I am known worldwide for this.
As a result, I naturally had thousands of watches in my hands. And with this shop, I want to bring you closer to watches that have convinced me in many ways.
So come along on a journey full of watches... off the mainstream... and if you have a question, please feel free to ask me anytime via the form, chat, WhatsApp, email or phone.
I am very much looking forward to meeting you.
PS: My hobbies & passions include the internet (first agency already in 1996), Denmark, France's coasts (Brittany, Normandy & Côte d’Azur), hiking, e-MTB, sales (Bachelor of Sales) and photography.
My Achilles' heel includes children's chocolate, good food, sneakers & of course watches... :-)
Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, I ship free of charge. Shipping is done via DHL and insured up to 500€, 2,500€, or 25,000€, depending on the watch value. The watches are thus always sufficiently insured.
The delivery time can be found in the description and/or under the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after ordering, others are brand new and, for example, only available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Cancellation & Return Shipping
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the costs for the return shipping for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself, I will send you the free return label.
Please simply contact me for this. david@watchdavid.com
It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of signs of use. After successful inspection, I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee you that all watches I offer are exclusively new original products. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly point this out (e.g. so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I offer you exclusively authentic products. These are offered in the original packaging, with warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in the so-called full set. One delivers more, another less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which usually lasts two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
If a warranty case occurs, I will take care of the shipping to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and also organize the return shipment to you. In addition, I handle all communication with the manufacturer so that you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
