All about the RALF TECH WRV ELECTRIC BLACK OPERATOR WRV 5101

All about the "Ralf Tech WRV ELECTRIC BLACK « OPERATOR » WRV 5101," which impresses with its black dial.

The WRV was designed in 2012. Its shape, strongly inspired by the dive watches of the 70s, combines the aesthetic codes of that era with the demands of a functional watch. In this new edition, the WRV features a new electric movement and a sandwich-style dial. The "Full Black" versions combine a matte black case with a rotating bezel insert made of Ceramfine (r). Originality, even the date is covered with luminous material!

The second watch designed by Frank Huyghe in 2012, the WRV, follows its predecessor in spirit, but not in form. Its tonneau shape is wiser, smoother, and decidedly typical of diving and the spirit of the seventies. Its form, strongly inspired by the dive watches of the seventies, combines the aesthetic codes of that era of freedom with the demands of a utility watch. It adapts to all situations without denying its origins... With a certain originality that takes us back to a time when diving was considered a dangerous sport, reserved for an elite and a few military divers. The Ralph Tech WRV ELECTRIC BLACK « OPERATOR » WRV 5101 follows the path taken by its predecessor: Instinct, initial design, feedback, and final design.

About David from WATCHDAVID

My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.

Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.

WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.

And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

If you have any questions or are unsure, feel free to contact me directly. I will respond personally.

Shipping & Insurance

Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.

You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...

Revocation & Return Shipping

You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

I will cover the return shipping costs for you.

IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

To do this, please simply contact me. david@watchdavid.com

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Authenticity & Condition of the Watches

I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).

As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...

Warranty & Service

All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.

Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.

No answer received?

You contacted me, via the contact form, about the price proposal, directly by email, chat, but you didn't receive a reply?

Then please check your SPAM folder! Many providers are getting crazier and crazier and are sending more and more to spam.

I usually answer every inquiry within 24 hours at the latest. On weekends, it may take a little longer. As a rule, I reply within a few minutes or hours.

Something can also slip through for me. Or the technology isn't working as it should. Feel free to contact me again. david@watchdavid.com

Mechanics - Sometimes things can go wrong

Before I ship your order, I carefully inspect each watch for visible defects.

However, should a problem arise, such as a defect during transit, please inform me immediately. I will do everything in my power to find a quick solution and ensure your satisfaction.

My goal is to offer you not only high-quality products but also a first-class shopping experience. I look forward to welcoming you as a satisfied customer!
