The WRX "Original" was designed in 2008 and developed in collaboration with the combat swimmers of the French Navy's Division Commando Hubert, who have been using the watch since 2010. It is a benchmark instrument in the world of the military and professional divers. In this new edition, the WRX is equipped with a new electric movement and a sandwich construction dial.

The first WRX was designed by Frank Huyghe in 2007. Born from the feedback of the WR1, the world record holder for autonomous diving, it was the desire of the founder of RALF TECH to go beyond what had been achieved and to create a model that knew no limits. "To go beyond modes, we must work without preconceived notions. Only the vision of the product is successful, and the constraints associated with its use should lead us to a certain restraint." The pencil stroke is clean and uncompromising. Muted and round shapes merge into a homogeneous watch that finds its way even in the deepest depths. Thus, in 2008, a pre-series was created. One expedition follows another and the WRX moves further and further away from classic watch production. In 2010, French special forces went on a mission on the other side of the world with WRXs. From the feedback of the operators of the Commando Hubert of the French Navy, the final series emerges, slightly modified and improved. The path for the Ralf Tech WRX ELECTRIC « ORIGINAL Tundra » WRX 5003 is now clear: instinct, initial design, feedback and final design.
