RALF TECH, otherwise known as a supplier for emergency services and commercial diving operators, primarily for depth records, is now ascending. Typically RALF TECH, the normal flight altitude is not enough – it's going into space for the French space agency CNES (Centre National d ́Études Spatiales). The CNES is under the Ministry of Defense and Research and deals with both military and climate observation tasks.
