The "1521" is Squale's most famous collection and takes its name from the original production reference that Von Büren gave to this case in the 1960s, which has remained true to the original to this day. Designed and manufactured by Charles Von Büren at the birth of the dive watch, its pressure resistance of 50 atmospheres guarantees all diving enthusiasts a safe feeling down to a (theoretical) depth of 500 meters below sea level.

Equipped with beautiful details such as the screw-down crown with a signed "VON" logo, a reference to the founders of the Squale brand "von Büren S.A. / Montres" (Neuchâtel, Switzerland) and the acid engraving on the case back.
