Squale is proud to present the 1521 Marina Militare. In its 65th year of existence, Squale celebrates this important anniversary together with a historical partner, the Italian Navy. It commemorates a long and close relationship and renews the cooperation that began forty years ago with the first collection of watches.
The 1521 Marina Militare is a limited edition of 500 pieces and is designed as a celebratory, historic, and high-performance watch. The choice of the 1521 collection is symbolic, as the first model delivered to the Navy was a 1521. This heritage is continued with the creation of this functional and impressive watch.

The current 1521 Marina Militare was designed as the most elegant of the 1521 models and emphasizes its qualities as an impressive watch. The 316L steel case has a brushed surface with polished facets, while the black dial has a brossé finish and creates unique plays of light thanks to the applied indices made of polished steel.
The color orange is the dominant element, an important symbol for both the Navy and Squale. The official Navy logo is orange, as are the iconic minute hands of Squale dive watches, especially the 1521. At 6 o'clock, the Navy logo is in orange, as is the minute indication on the dial around the rehaut.
A special design
The design of this dive watch is a tribute to Squale's long tradition and its partnership with the Italian Navy.
The case back features the Italian Navy logo and the serial number 500 of this limited edition. These details give the watch a historical and symbolic value, making it a unique and significant piece.

About David from WATCHDAVID
My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.
Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.
WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.
And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.
You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Revocation & Return Shipping
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the return shipping costs for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.

Then please check your SPAM folder! Many providers are getting crazier and crazier and are sending more and more to spam.
I usually answer every inquiry within 24 hours at the latest. On weekends, it may take a little longer. As a rule, I reply within a few minutes or hours.

Mechanics - Sometimes things can go wrong
Before I ship your order, I carefully inspect each watch for visible defects.
However, should a problem arise, such as a defect during transit, please inform me immediately. I will do everything in my power to find a quick solution and ensure your satisfaction.
