In Squale's history, the Super Squale looks back on a long tradition. As early as 1959, founder Charles von Büren had the brand name "Super Squale" registered. Today, the Super Squale, alongside the 1521 series, includes the manufacturer's most popular models.
With a diameter of just 38 millimeters, these references are among the most compact watches in Squale's model range. Their lug-to-lug measurement of just 45 millimeters also reveals that the focus of this watch is on minimal bulk. This ensures the watch doesn't interfere during dives.
Squale bases its designs on the iconic originals of the 1960s, which is evident in the domed sapphire crystal. Nevertheless, modern elements are implemented – especially on the technical side.

"Like the other series, the Super Squale manages to distinguish itself with unique features. First and foremost are its compact dimensions, which are hardly found on the market anymore. Technology and materials are also of the highest standard. And then there's the distinctive vintage design, which always looks different. Conclusion: this series more than deserves the name 'Super Squale'!"
