The design of this watch is inspired by the historic Arsenale in Venice, the legendary shipyard that for centuries was the center of technological innovation for the Serenissima. The Arsenale watch combines classic finishes with a bold, modern design that creates a harmonious balance between tradition and innovation. With its ultra-slim case of only 8.95 mm and an integrated bracelet with satin-finished links and polished details, it embodies elegance and modern aesthetics simultaneously.
The Côtes de Genève dial adds extra sophistication to the watch. This fine finish, normally found in high-quality movements, is achieved by applying parallel wave patterns using rotating brushes. This traditional technique gives the dial a special depth and brilliant luster, while modern details like the skeletonized Dauphine hands and baton indices round off the design in a contemporary way.
Despite its remarkable slimness of less than 9 millimeters, the Arsenale houses a Miyota 9029 automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The movement, without a date complication and with only two hands, represents a perfect symbiosis of elegance and functionality, allowing optimal utilization of every detail of the interior.
A standout design element of the Arsenale is the evolved Canova Concept™ bracelet. This combines flatter, modern forms with the characteristic alternation of concave and convex structures of the original. Each link is refined with two polished chamfers, creating an elegant contrast to the satin-finished surfaces. These fine details, attributed to various manual techniques, give the bracelet a modern and sophisticated look.

My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.
Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.
WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.
And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.
You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Revocation & Return Shipping
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the return shipping costs for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.

Then please check your SPAM folder! Many providers are getting crazier and crazier and are sending more and more to spam.
I usually answer every inquiry within 24 hours at the latest. On weekends, it may take a little longer. As a rule, I reply within a few minutes or hours.

Mechanics - Sometimes things can go wrong
Before I ship your order, I carefully inspect each watch for visible defects.
However, should a problem arise, such as a defect during transit, please inform me immediately. I will do everything in my power to find a quick solution and ensure your satisfaction.
