The Muonionalusta meteorite, discovered in 1906 in northern Sweden, is one of the oldest meteorites ever found. After flying through space for 4.565 billion years, it fell to Earth over a million years ago and remained hidden until its discovery. Its slow cooling in the cosmic void created a structure that cannot be reproduced – a distinctive imprint of its celestial journey. From nowhere to Earth

For billions of years, fragments of ancient celestial bodies have wandered through the cosmos. Among them are iron meteorites, composed of iron and nickel, formed in the cores of ancient planetesimals and slowly cooled in the vastness of space. This process created the Widmanstätten patterns, geometric structures that cannot be reproduced on Earth. After an eternal journey through the cosmos, this fragment of infinity now takes on a new form and becomes a wearable watch.

Forged by the cosmos, refined by Venezianico

Working with meteorites requires a precise process to preserve their unique structure. After cutting and refining, each dial undergoes an acid treatment to reveal the iconic Widmanstätten patterns, a naturally occurring, space-formed design. A thin protective layer preserves the surface without altering its appearance. The next step is applying intricate details, followed by placing indices and logos, precisely positioned to complete the watch dial.

Only 9.95 mm thin

Designing a slim automatic watch is always a challenge, especially with a multi-layered dial. For the Arsenale Meteorite, we applied an authentic meteorite surface onto a brass base with sunburst finishing, adding depth without increasing thickness. Thanks to the Miyota 9039 caliber, a movement without date that runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour, we were able to limit the case to only 9.95 mm, achieving the perfect balance between design and wearability.

A bridge between past and future

The case back of this watch is a tribute to one of the most iconic symbols of the Arsenal of Venice: the towers. The carefully engraved towers are more than just a visual homage; they symbolize the deep connection between tradition and innovation that defines our craftsmanship. Just as the Arsenal of Venice once combined technological progress with solid craftsmanship, this watch merges classic watchmaking elements with modern design, creating a piece that looks to the future while remaining deeply rooted in its origins.

Additional rubber strap

The Arsenale Meteorite can be combined with a taupe-colored rubber strap, available for an additional €85. Its warm tone complements the metallic hues of the meteorite, enhances its reflections, and creates a harmonious contrast. With this accessory, you can switch between the robustness of the Canova Concept™ bracelet and the lightness and versatility of rubber, adapting it for any occasion.

My name is David, I was born in the late 60s in NRW, now live and work in the beautiful Harz Mountains, and have been running this watch shop, among other things, since spring 2022.

Since 2018, I have also been running my watch blog watchdavid.de, which features hundreds of reviews and watch news. Since then, I have taken thousands of professional watch photos for over 100 watch brands. Many photos can be found in my reviews. I am known worldwide for this.

As a result, I naturally had thousands of watches in my hands. And with this shop, I want to bring you closer to watches that have convinced me in many ways.

Shipping & Insurance

Within Germany and the EU, I ship free of charge. Shipping is done via DHL and insured up to 500€, 2,500€, or 25,000€, depending on the watch value. The watches are thus always sufficiently insured.

The delivery time can be found in the description and/or under the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after ordering, others are brand new and, for example, only available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...

Cancellation & Return Shipping

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

I will cover the costs for the return shipping for you.

IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself, I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of signs of use. After successful inspection, I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Authenticity & Condition of the Watches

I guarantee you that all watches I offer are exclusively new original products. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly point this out (e.g. so-called PHOTO WATCHES).

As an official dealer, I offer you exclusively authentic products. These are offered in the original packaging, with warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in the so-called full set. One delivers more, another less...

Warranty & Service

All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which usually lasts two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.

If a warranty case occurs, I will take care of the shipping to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and also organize the return shipment to you. In addition, I handle all communication with the manufacturer so that you don't have to worry about anything.

Even after the warranty period has expired, I remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
