Our diver's watch, which is water-resistant up to 200 meters, takes its name from one of the last marvels of Venetian naval engineering, the submarine Nereide. This timepiece is indeed designed to withstand heavy loads, which makes it particularly suitable for watersports enthusiasts.
BK7 Glass Bezel Insert
BK7 glass has exceptional physical properties. It is lead-free, lighter, and of better quality than other glass crystals. Its properties such as low dispersion (with Abbe numbers around 60) and low refraction (≈1.52), combined with high clarity, make it perfect for producing high-precision and durable glass objects.
Water-resistant up to 200m - Venezianico Nereide 42 3321501C
The Nereide is designed to withstand a pressure of 20 atmospheres at a depth of 200m. Water resistance is ensured by three gaskets and a screw-down crown.
Stainless Steel Bracelet
Sixteen different molds are required to produce this bracelet, whose design is registered. The double finish, both polished and satin-brushed, mirrors that of the case, highlighting the central links that provide elegance and balance. The butterfly clasp does not interrupt the continuity of the design, as it fits perfectly into the last central link.
Double-finished Case
The case alternates between curved forms and sharp edges, which are further emphasized by a double finishing. The polishing of the horizontal surfaces, characterized by a pleasantly classic touch, is contrasted with the very fine brushing of the vertical surfaces, which gives the case a modern and refined profile.
Sunburst Dial
The sunburst finish makes this dial so valuable and striking. The name derives from a special optical effect achieved by a multitude of engraved lines that converge in the center of the dial. The light is therefore reflected radially, increasing brightness.
Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9
Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9 is a luminescent pigment sensitive to sunlight or artificial light. In daylight, it is white, and once charged, it glows a bright blue-green in low light conditions, making it the preferred solution in watchmaking.

Our watches travel around the world. To reduce their ecological footprint, we have designed an elegant and lightweight packaging made from over 95% recyclable paper.
Engraved Caseback
We have designed a caseback with six screws to maintain the alignment of the central engraving and improve the overall shape. The band that frames the central graphic displays the basic technical characteristics of the watch and the serial number at 4 o'clock.

My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.
Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.
WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.
And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.
You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Revocation & Return Shipping
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the return shipping costs for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
