All about the Venezianico Nereide Carbonio 4521560, which impresses with its grey dial.
Our diver's watch, which is waterproof up to a depth of 200 meters, takes its name from one of the last masterpieces of Venetian marine engineering, the submarine Nereide. This timepiece is indeed designed to withstand heavy stress, making it particularly suitable for water sports enthusiasts.
Forged carbon is a new advanced material with interesting technical properties. It is obtained from mixed pieces of carbon fibers, which are immersed in resin and cooked under high pressure and high temperature. The fibers reflect light in different directions depending on the viewing angle, creating a fascinating visual effect that brings the dial and bezel to life.
The sporty character of the Venezianico Nereide Carbonio 4521560
The Nereide Carbonio is a watch with a bold personality for sports lovers. It is equipped with a new rubber strap that seamlessly integrates into the case shape. This strap is both flexible and stretchable, offering exceptional comfort for the wrist while also providing excellent resistance to abrasion and extreme temperatures (-30°C / +70°C).
Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9
Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9 is a luminescent pigment that is sensitive to sunlight or artificial light. It is white in daylight, and once charged, it glows a bright blue-green in low light conditions, making it the preferred solution in watchmaking.
Redesigned case
The new 42mm stainless steel 316L case retains the typical Nereide look and is enriched with new details such as beveled edges with contrasting finishes that make its shape even more interesting and complex. The PVD coating gives the case a magnificent gunmetal hue that harmonizes perfectly with the other forged carbon elements.
The case back
The fine engraving on the case back depicts the Nereide submarine, a symbol of a pioneering era. When it was launched in Venice in 1913, exploring the depths of the ocean with these vessels was one of the world's most ambitious and dangerous challenges. Descending into the abyss was the new frontier of the unexplored.

My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.
Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.
WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.
And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.
You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Revocation & Return Shipping
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the return shipping costs for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
