Our diver's watch, which is waterproof to a depth of 200 meters, takes its name from one of the last masterpieces of Venetian naval engineering, the submarine Nereide. This timepiece is indeed designed to withstand strong stresses, making it particularly suitable for water sports enthusiasts.
Together for the first time
The Nereide GMT Ceratung™ is the first watch to use both ceramic and tungsten in the same bezel insert. With scores of 8 and 9 respectively on the Mohs scale, these materials are incredibly resistant, twice as resistant as steel (Mohs 4), and virtually scratch-proof.
Three time zones
By combining two 24-hour scales - the first displayed on a 120-click rotating bezel and the second on the dial - the Nereide GMT Ceratung™ is able to monitor three time zones simultaneously, making it an exceptionally flexible watch for people constantly traveling across continents.
Transparent case back
The new V3290 movement, the mechanical heart of the Nereide GMT Ceratung™, is fully visible through a scratch-resistant sapphire case back.
Highest attention to detail
To make the Nereide GMT Ceratung™ even more stylish, we designed bar indexes, a new triangular indicator with a newly shaped contrast element, and a two-tone secondary 24-hour scale reminiscent of the two different halves of the bezel.
Automatic Caliber V3290
Manufactured at the Soprod SA factories in Switzerland, the V3290 is a GMT movement based on the C125 caliber. The ingenious skeletonized shape of the new rhodium-plated rotor is intended to emphasize the details of the movement even more and contrasts with the essential sandblasted decoration of the bridges. This particular combination makes the aesthetics of the V3290 modern and refined.
Assembled in Italy
The final assembly of the Nereide GMT Ceratung™, i.e., the coupling of case, movement, dial, and hands, takes place in our laboratory in Italy. During this phase, the movement is further regulated to achieve the best possible performance, with a maximum daily deviation of only -4/+6 seconds.

About David from WATCHDAVID
My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.
Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.
WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.
And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.
You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Revocation & Return Shipping
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the return shipping costs for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
