The design of this watch is inspired by the Basilica del Redentore, the masterpiece of the Venetian architect Andrea Palladio, considered the father of the neoclassical style. The balance of its shapes and proportions gives the case an elegant and modern appearance, making it an extremely versatile model.
Sunburst Dial
The sunburst finish makes this dial so precious and striking. The name comes from a particular optical effect achieved by a multitude of engraved lines that converge in the center of the dial. Light is therefore radially reflected, increasing its brightness.
Stainless Steel Bracelet
Sixteen different molds are required to produce this bracelet, whose design is registered. The dual finishing, both polished and satin-brushed, mirrors that of the case, highlighting the central links, which provide elegance and balance. The butterfly clasp does not interrupt the continuity of the design, as it perfectly integrates into the last central link.
Engraved Caseback of the Venezianico Redentore 36 1121506C
The Redentore 36 features a screwless caseback to maintain the classic and elegant design typical of this smaller diameter series. In the center, the eponymous basilica is engraved, finished with a radial satin-brushing.
Dauphine Hands
Dauphine hands are characterized by their minimalist style, featuring a facet that enhances their brightness and three-dimensionality. They originated and became widespread from the 1930s onwards, then gave way to shapes considered more contemporary at the time. We have revived this great classic, which perfectly matches the elegance of the Redentore's timeless lines.
Powered by You
The Redentore 36 is equipped with an automatic caliber developed and produced by the famous Japanese manufacturer Seiko (NH35A). It has no batteries inside, as it is completely mechanical. It is powered by the simple movement of the wrist, from which it recovers the kinetic energy for charging. This makes our watches objects that coexist with the person who wears them, which is truly fascinating.
Double-Finished Case
The case features alternating curved shapes and sharp edges, further highlighted by a dual finish. The polishing of the horizontal surfaces, which has a pleasingly classic touch, is contrasted with the very fine brushing of the vertical surfaces, giving the case a modern and refined profile.

Our watches travel around the world. To reduce their ecological footprint, we have designed an elegant and lightweight packaging made from over 95% recyclable paper.

About David from WATCHDAVID
My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.
Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.
WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.
And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.
You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Revocation & Return Shipping
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the return shipping costs for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.

Before I ship your order, I carefully inspect each watch for visible defects.
However, should a problem arise, such as a defect during transit, please inform me immediately. I will do everything in my power to find a quick solution and ensure your satisfaction.
