At the heart of this watch beats the in-house caliber Vulcain Cricket V10 H0 – a finely constructed, mechanical alarm clock with manual winding that impresses in two ways: with its technical complexity and its unmistakable sound. This movement comprises 165 individual parts, 25 jewels, and is equipped with a double barrel that powers both the time display and the alarm mechanism independently. Thanks to the integrated Exactomatic system, the movement ensures uniform power transmission, which improves precision and stabilizes the rate. With a frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour, it achieves a power reserve of 52 hours – the alarm duration is approximately 20 seconds, enough to gently and stylishly wake even the deepest sleeper.

Detail-Oriented Finishing

Visually, the movement is as impressive as it is technically: a fine nickel coating, blued screws, and skeletonized click wheels reveal the love for detail at first glance. Depending on the version, the case back is either closed and polished or equipped with a sapphire crystal display window, through which the elaborately decorated inner workings can be admired. Particularly striking: the engraved Vulcain logo, which gives the timepiece a touch of artisanal signature and underscores the manufacture's tradition.
