With the new Skindiver Nautique GMT, Vulcain opens an exciting chapter within its iconic diver's watch collection. This revised version of the historic Skindiver from the 1960s stays true to its heritage – and expands it with a highly practical function: a second time zone. This makes the watch not only a maritime companion but also the ideal travel instrument for globetrotters with a sense of mechanics and aesthetics.
Compact form meets functional design
Despite the newly added GMT complication, the Skindiver Nautique GMT remains true to the compact proportions of its predecessors. With a case diameter of 38.3 mm and a height of only 12.2 mm, it is surprisingly slim – especially for an automatic watch with a second time zone. The double-domed sapphire crystal not only provides nostalgic charm but also a clear view of the dial, even under difficult lighting conditions. Depending on the version, hour markers with white or beige Super-LumiNova® are available, ensuring excellent readability – whether in daylight or at depth.
Technology for the distance – built for the depths
Inside works the reliable automatic movement Soprod C125, a modern GMT caliber specially developed for frequent travelers. It allows independent adjustment of the 24-hour display, making time zone changes particularly comfortable. The additional time zone is indicated by a central hand, allowing a quick view of a second local time – a detail especially appreciated by frequent travelers or cross-continental commuters. Despite this complex functionality, the model remains fully dive-capable – with water resistance up to 200 meters, the watch is ready for underwater adventures as well as long-haul flights.

The GMT variant stays true to the style of its predecessors: The vertically brushed 316L stainless steel case gives it a clear, modern appearance that perfectly matches the matte dial. The bi-directional rotating bezel with black ceramic inlay picks up a classic design element that convinces both functionally and aesthetically. It allows easy setting of dive times or other temporary intervals – all without digital aids. Here too, function serves style – and vice versa.

About me
My name is David, I was born in the late 60s in NRW, now live and work in the beautiful Harz Mountains, and have been running this watch shop, among other things, since spring 2022.
Since 2018, I have also been running my watch blog watchdavid.de, which features hundreds of reviews and watch news. Since then, I have taken thousands of professional watch photos for over 100 watch brands. Many photos can be found in my reviews. I am known worldwide for this.
As a result, I naturally had thousands of watches in my hands. And with this shop, I want to bring you closer to watches that have convinced me in many ways.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, I ship free of charge. Shipping is done via DHL and insured up to 500€, 2,500€, or 25,000€, depending on the watch value. The watches are thus always sufficiently insured.
The delivery time can be found in the description and/or under the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after ordering, others are brand new and, for example, only available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Cancellation & Return Shipping
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the costs for the return shipping for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself, I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of signs of use. After successful inspection, I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee you that all watches I offer are exclusively new original products. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly point this out (e.g. so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I offer you exclusively authentic products. These are offered in the original packaging, with warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in the so-called full set. One delivers more, another less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which usually lasts two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
If a warranty case occurs, I will take care of the shipping to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and also organize the return shipment to you. In addition, I handle all communication with the manufacturer so that you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
