The Vulcain Skindiver Nautique 38 mm is an authentic reinterpretation of a classic historical diver's watch from 1960. With its clear vintage design, modern technology, and excellent legibility, it combines the aesthetics of past decades with the demands of today's watch enthusiasts.

Historical Inspiration – A Classic Returns

Vulcain, founded in 1858 and known for its iconic models, revisits one of its historical dive watches with the Skindiver Nautique. Inspired by the original 1960s model, this re-edition preserves the characteristic look of that era and reinterprets it in a contemporary way.

The watch is available in various dial versions, including classic black, elegant blue, and a striking salmon version – each with its own character and strong vintage flair.

Case & Design – Compact and Functional

The 38 mm case made of 316L stainless steel impresses with a vertically brushed surface and balanced proportions. The unidirectional rotating bezel with a black ceramic insert and contrasting markings underlines the watch's functional character.

The screwed case back made of polished stainless steel ensures stability and emphasizes the high-quality craftsmanship. With water resistance of 200 meters (20 ATM), the Skindiver Nautique is perfectly suited for use in water.

Dial – Expressive and Excellently Legible

A special highlight is the meteorite dial, which gives each watch a unique structure. Depending on the light incidence, fascinating reflections are created, making each watch a unique piece.

The applied indices and hands are coated with Super-LumiNova® in a khaki-brown finish, ensuring excellent legibility day and night. The clear minute track and harmonious design give the dial a perfect balance of functionality and style.

Movement – Proven Swiss Precision

Inside, the reliable ETA 2824 automatic movement, one of the most well-known and proven calibers in Swiss watchmaking, is at work. It offers a power reserve of approximately 38 hours and operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz).

This movement stands for precision, robustness, and longevity – ideal for a sporty diver's watch.

Wearing Comfort & Details

The model comes with a high-quality leather strap in a carbon look, which can be easily swapped thanks to a practical quick-change system. The solid pin buckle made of stainless steel ensures a secure fit on the wrist.

The double-domed sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating reliably protects the dial while enhancing the watch's vintage character.

My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.

Shipping & Insurance

Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.

You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...

Revocation & Return Shipping

You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

I will cover the return shipping costs for you.

IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Authenticity & Condition of the Watches

I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).

As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...

Warranty & Service

All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.

Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.
