The ZRC Grands Fonds combines comfort and traditional aesthetics with uncompromising technical reliability. As a contemporary version of the original Grands Fonds 300®, this vintage version with a tropical dial and leather strap offers all the advantages of a diver's watch.
The features of the ZRC Geneve RÉÉDITION GF42215
With its brown dial, satin-finished steel case, and metal bracelet, this model embodies the quintessence of the ZRC Grands Fonds 300® dive watch. The Crown Protection System™ ensures a secure, watertight seal. The strap can only be fastened when the crown at 6 o'clock is fully screwed down. The ECS™ system ensures optimal rinsing after diving, allowing for the removal of impurities and salt crystals that have accumulated between the unidirectional rotating bezel with ceramic insert and the case. The hands and date are powered by a reliable Swiss-made automatic movement.

After the official approval of the first Grands Fonds 300® in 1960, the French Navy informed the designers that the crown at 3 o'clock posed a problem, as it was too vulnerable to manipulation underwater. They asked ZRC® to find a solution“ to protect the crown without hindering wrist movement, and above all, to ensure that it could not open underwater. The team got to work and developed the famous crown at 6 o'clock, connected to the case by an exclusive system consisting of a cannon cut from a single block. This makes the Grands Fonds 300® the first and only watch with a 100% monobloc case. Furthermore, the case is made of a special steel, reinforced with molybdenum, which is completely antimagnetic (an absolute necessity for the Mine Clearance Divers' Group).

My name is David, and I've been deeply involved with watches for many years – not just as a dealer, but primarily as a tester, photographer, and classifier.
Since 2018, I’ve been running WATCHDAVID as an independent watch project featuring reviews, videos, and real-world wearing experiences. Many of the watches you'll find here have been on my own wrist – often for extended periods.
WATCHDAVID.SHOP is intentionally personal. I only sell watches that I genuinely stand behind – no anonymous mass-produced goods, no dropshipping, no "quick trends." Experience, transparency, and honest assessment are paramount to me.
And yes: I am not an anonymous seller. I enjoy good food, sneakers, and photography – and I have a proven weakness for Kinder Chocolate.

Shipping & Insurance
Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping is handled by DHL and insured up to €500, €2,500 or €25,000, depending on the watch's value. The watches are therefore always sufficiently insured.
You can find the delivery time in the description and/or below the shopping cart button. Some watches are only produced after an order is placed, while others are brand new and, for example, will only be available in a few weeks (so-called PRE-SALE), etc...
Revocation & Return Shipping
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
I will cover the return shipping costs for you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the watch back yourself; I will send you the free return label.

It is also important that the watch is unworn and free of any signs of wear. After a successful inspection, I will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Authenticity & Condition of the Watches
I guarantee that all watches I offer are exclusively new, original goods. The watches come directly from the manufacturer and have had no previous owners, unless I explicitly state otherwise (e.g., so-called PHOTO WATCHES).
As an official dealer, I exclusively offer authentic products. These are offered in their original packaging, with a warranty card, etc., just as they are delivered by the dealer. Everything in a so-called Full Set. Some deliver more, some less...
Warranty & Service
All watches purchased from me come with the international manufacturer's warranty, which is usually two years. Some brands even offer a warranty of up to 5 years.
Should a warranty claim arise, I will take care of shipping the watch to the manufacturer or the responsible service center for you and will also organize its return to you. In addition, I will handle all communication with the manufacturer, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Even after the warranty period has expired, I will remain your contact person and support you with service questions or repairs.

Then please check your SPAM folder! Many providers are getting crazier and crazier and are sending more and more to spam.
I usually answer every inquiry within 24 hours at the latest. On weekends, it may take a little longer. As a rule, I reply within a few minutes or hours.

Before I ship your order, I carefully inspect each watch for visible defects.
However, should a problem arise, such as a defect during transit, please inform me immediately. I will do everything in my power to find a quick solution and ensure your satisfaction.
