Last year 2021, the G-SHOCK Ref. 6900-PT80 was launched by John Mayer. John Mayer, inspired by a 1980s classic - and John's first keyboard - the Casio PT-1. The G-SHOCK Ref. 6900-PT1 from John Mayer offers the toughness you expect from a G-SHOCK, with a colorway that will make your inner creative child smile. The DW6900JM22-2 has a matte, dusty blue case and strap, a more playful color combination that fits perfectly with the first two collaborations. Peach, coral and turquoise tones of the PT-1 keyboard were used to highlight the "Triple Graph" display, which blends perfectly with the cream dial. The darker gray was taken from the PT-1 keyboard's sharp and flat keys and added to the lighting key. All four key indicators adopt the navy blue color of the PT-1 lettering, a perfect accent on the light blue background.

The DW6900JM22-2 offers both the durability you expect from a G-SHOCK and a color scheme that will make the creative child in you smile. Ultimately, this G-SHOCK stays true to the trilogy's inspiration from classic Casio keyboards from the 1980s. "Was sold out immediately. The 3rd edition impresses with its cool blue color. A real WOW watch, especially for the summer. But collectors also get their money's worth here. I also have the white and grey/black versions. Just have a look in the shop after."
