The Matic is also suitable for demanding dives. Squale has redesigned the timepiece so that it is water resistant to depths of 600 meters. This means that the Matic even beats the popular icon 1521. The unique selling point is the two-tone bezel, which is at least partially used and can be selected in different color combinations. With a diameter of 44 millimeters, the Squale Matic is slightly larger than the competition - ideal for people with a slightly larger wrist circumference. Instead of a flat watch glass, Squale has opted for a more elegant solution: the double curvature. Sapphire guarantees the necessary longevity.

My conclusion:

"If there's one thing Squale is particularly good at, it's beautiful shades of blue. It's obvious that the designers have worked here with a lot of dedication and an eye for rich colors. Look at the contrast with the brown Leather strap on! I find the water resistance up to 60 bar impressive. Not even the popular 1521 can do that - and it is already outstanding in this respect. The larger diameter also makes a lot of difference."
